Our Services

Day Support

At Crossroads Youth & Adult Services, our Day Support program empowers adults with disabilities to express themselves and explore the world around them. Through creative outlets like dance, music, sports, and art, individuals are encouraged to tap into their talents and interests in a safe, supportive environment.

Participants also take part in community events and activities, building real-world experiences that foster connection and independence. Every element of the program is designed to promote self-esteem, creativity, and personal growth, offering meaningful opportunities for self-expression and discovery.

Transportation Services

The Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) offers a variety of transportation options to help individuals access waiver services, community activities, and other essential resources. These options may include UTA passes, paratransit services, and more—often tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.

Host Home Services

Host homes provide out-of-home placements—either short-term or long-term—within the private residence of a trained and supportive family. This personalized alternative to institutional or group home settings can include additional services based on the individual's specific needs.
